Maggie was our "go to" person when we decided to downsize and sell our home. Maggie was our daughter's realtor about a year ago to buy her first home (a real fixer-upper). We were so impressed with the way Maggie handled not only the business side of buying a home but also the personal side that we knew we could trust her to take us through the selling process as well.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have been connected with Maggie while purchasing my first home. Even though we had all the odds stacked against us with a market where houses were selling for $30K over the asking price, she encouraged me each step of the way to keep my head about me and not to settle. When we finally found the perfect fixer-upper, the other realtor who was in charge of the property dropped every ball he could: finding his client a new apartment, scheduling the viewings and notifying the client, keeping his client on task to move out in time, scheduling the pool cleaning, etc. For each item that he missed or neglected to handle, Maggie stepped in and filled his place. She made sure she was always helping the process along to help me get this house even to the point of helping the other realtor's client find a new apartment to live in. When it came time for final inspections, she was there helping along with my family to clean out the backyard and get everything ready. Maggie did an awesome sell for us. I explained to her the situation we were in, and the time frame we had. Within a few hours she was at my house. She explained everything that was going to happen, if I didn't understand something she would explain it so that I did understand. We signed the papers to sell the house, Maggie took it from there. The only thing we had to do was get the house ready to show. The next day buyers were already coming to look at the house, Maggie always let us know with time when they were coming. What I really liked is that she always kept us informed of everything that was happening. Within a few days we had a buyer, Maggie took care of everything from talking with our mortgage company to handling the title company, she was even there when we signed papers at the title company. Then two days after we signed at the title company Maggie called us to say our house was officially sold. We couldn't believe that this all happened in ten days, from the time we called Maggie to start the sell process to the day it closed at escrow. Yes I would recommend Maggie highly she is very professional and very knowledgeable at what she does. We can't thank her enough for what she did for us.

If you're looking for a real estate agent and don't know where to start, look no further. I highly recommend Maggie Garcia. Thanks to my real estate agent, I am the proud, first time, buyer of a beautiful home. It was a pleasant experience working with my real estate agent. First thing Maggie did was get to know what my family needed and she worked well within those boundaries set forth. She presented us with various homes and scheduled viewings around our timeframes. Once we picked out the homes we were interested in, our real estate agent did her home work and brought us plenty of information on each and every home. She was holding our hands the entire time guiding us in the right direction. Maggie steered us away from the homes that were not in our best interest and she pointed us to the one that we finally chose as our home. She was there the whole time answering all my silly questions and kept me informed all the way until we closed escrow and handed us the keys to our new home.
